Shipping Information
Delivery Charges are costs incurred by our riders or logistics partners such as Courier services for delivering your order to the selected address. The delivery fee amount can vary based on factors such as your geographic location, the delivery method chosen, the shipment method, and the size or category of the product ordered. You can review the delivery fee before placing your order on the product page and during the checkout process.
Under normal circumstances, your order will ship within 24 hours. However, there are a few exceptions. If your order contains items that are back ordered, special order, or limited availability, your whole order will be held until these items are ready to ship. If your order is flagged as a security risk, it will be held until we can verify the information in question.
In case your delivery arrives damaged, reach out to our customer service team line at +254705555771 with details about the damage. Our customer service representatives will assist you in resolving the issue and, if eligible, arrange for a refund. Remember to promptly inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damages.
Payment Information
We accept a variety of payment methods including:

Pay on Delivery allows for payment by mobile money (Mpesa) upon delivery or Cash.

Payment before delivery is via mobile money( Mpesa, Bank account).
Pay on delivery option is only applicable for orders within Nairobi.(when we use our riders for delivery)
Pay on delivery does not apply if:
- You send your own rider/delivery guy.
- You are outside Nairobi.
At Kisasahome we’re proud of our product quality, value and wide selection. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your online or in-store purchase, we offer a variety exchange options. As per our policy, we do not offer refunds and can only offer you store credit in exchange for your return request.
-Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be used anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations.
