SmartPro 138L Double Door Refrigerator SFR-175-DT-I | Kisasahome Kenya

Keep your groceries fresh and your nyama properly frozen without running up your power bill. The SmartPro SFR-175-DT-I Double Door Refrigerator packs 138 litres of organised storage into a compact silver body — a separate top freezer for meats and ice, a spacious bottom fridge for everyday groceries, and energy-efficient cooling that suits Nairobi apartments and homes across East Africa.

Also known as: double door fridge, 2 door fridge, top mount refrigerator, fridge with freezer, fridge double door Kenya, jokofu mbili mlango

• 138L capacity with separate freezer and fridge — The top freezer compartment holds meats, frozen vegetables, and ice with its own door, while the bottom fridge keeps milk, fruits, mboga, and leftovers at the right temperature — no flavour mixing between compartments.
• Energy-efficient low-noise compressor — Designed to keep electricity costs down even with Nairobi’s fluctuating power supply; the low-noise operation means you won’t hear it humming from the next room in a bedsitter or studio apartment.
• Tempered glass shelves and vegetable crisper — Sturdy glass shelves hold heavy pots and containers without bowing; the full-width crisper drawer at the bottom keeps sukuma wiki, tomatoes, and carrots fresh and crisp for longer.
• Reversible door and lock & key — The door can be hinged on either side to fit your kitchen layout, and the built-in lock keeps the fridge secure in shared housing, offices, or rental properties.
• Sleek silver finish with LED interior light — The silver body fits any kitchen décor, and the bright LED light inside makes it easy to find what you need — even during those late-night kitchen runs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this fridge frost-free or manual defrost?

The SFR-175-DT-I uses manual defrost. Simply switch it off periodically, let the ice melt, wipe down the interior, and switch back on. Most users defrost once a month depending on usage.

Q: Will 138 litres be enough for a family?

For one to three people doing regular weekly shopping, 138L is plenty. For larger families of four or more, it works well as a primary fridge if you shop frequently, or as a secondary fridge alongside a bigger unit.

Q: Does the door lock come with a key?

Yes — the fridge comes with a lock and key built into the door handle, ideal for shared kitchens, offices, or rental properties where you want to keep contents secure.
