Hot Water Bottle 2L with Fluffy Cover Anti-Burst | Kisasahome Kenya

Cold nights, period cramps, a stiff back after a long day at the desk — a good hot water bottle fixes all three in under five minutes. This 2-litre hot water bottle comes with a thick faux rabbit fur cover that keeps warmth locked in for up to 10 hours, and a 5-layer anti-burst wall that makes it safe to hold against your body without fear of leaks or rupture.

Also known as: hot water bag, rubber heat bottle, warm water bottle, mfuko wa maji moto, heat therapy bag, fleece hot water bottle

• 5-layer anti-burst construction — safe against your skin — Built with a polymer anti-burst base layer, a thick heat-storage layer, a high-density PVC heat-retention layer, a heat-conducting layer, and the faux fur outer cover — five layers that prevent the sudden rupture that causes scalding with cheap single-wall bottles.
• Deep spiral air valve with secure seal — The reinforced screw-on valve locks tightly after filling, preventing the slow leaks common in poorly made hot water bottles that soak through blankets and clothing.
• Faux rabbit fur cover — soft, skin-friendly, 10-hour warmth — The high-density faux fur cover adds an extra insulating layer that keeps heat from escaping quickly, so one fill lasts through the night. The cover is soft enough to hold directly against bare skin without irritation.
• Eco-friendly PVC body — no strong odour — Made from safety-grade, high-temperature-resistant PVC that produces no strong chemical smell when filled with hot water — a common complaint with low-quality rubber hot water bottles.
• Large 2-litre capacity for full warmth coverage — At 30 x 20 x 5cm, this bottle covers a wide enough area to warm your abdomen, lower back, or feet simultaneously — not just a small patch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How hot should the water be when I fill it?

Fill with hot water — not boiling. Water just off the boil is too aggressive for the valve and can weaken the seal over time. Let boiled water sit for 2 to 3 minutes before filling, or use water from a hot tap at around 60 to 70°C for the safest results.

Q: Is the fur cover washable?

Yes — the faux rabbit fur cover is removable and can be hand-washed in cool water. Remove the bottle before washing and allow the cover to air-dry fully before putting it back on. Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry.

Q: Can I use this on children?

Hot water bottles can be used to warm a child’s bed before sleep, but should not be placed directly against a young child’s skin unsupervised. Always wrap the bottle in a towel or cloth for younger children and ensure water temperature is moderate before use.
