Premier PM209 Bottom Load Water Dispenser Hot Normal & Cold | Kisasahome Kenya

Most homes in Nairobi start the morning with a cup of tea — and the Premier PM209 Bottom Load Water Dispenser makes sure hot water is always ready without waiting, lifting, or guessing the temperature. With hot, normal, and cold water on tap, a built-in electric kettle, and an intelligent touchscreen panel, this is a complete hydration and hot beverage station in one floor-standing unit.

Also known as: tea bar dispenser, hot and cold water dispenser with kettle, bottom load tea bar machine, Premier PM209 dispenser, floor standing water dispenser

• No heavy lifting, ever — The bottom-load cabinet design means your 20L water bottle slides in at the bottom. No balancing a full bottle overhead, no spillage on the floor — ideal for Nairobi apartments where water deliveries happen weekly.
• 1350W heating, 7L/h hot water output — The 1350W element heats water to between 50°C and 100°C and delivers up to 7 litres per hour, so a family or small office can draw cup after cup without waiting between rounds.
• Intelligent auto-shutoff at 100°C — The system manages a 25-second water intake cycle and cuts the heating element automatically at boiling — no manual intervention, no dry-burn risk, no watching the kettle.
• Touchscreen panel with remote operation — All temperature settings and heating modes are controlled from the digital touchscreen. Remote operation means you do not need to stand at the unit each time.
• Food-grade kettle included on top unit — The built-in food-grade kettle is easy to detach and clean — useful in households that use it for chai, instant coffee, or uji every morning without residue build-up.

Built for the Nairobi household that goes through 2–3 cups of tea before 9am and needs hot water available at any moment. Also a natural fit for small offices and clinics in Kampala or Dar es Salaam where staff need continuous access to hot and cold water without a dedicated kitchen. And the right choice for anyone who has struggled to hoist a full 20L bottle onto a standard top-load dispenser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What size water bottle fits in the bottom cabinet?

The PM209 is designed for standard 20-litre water bottles (the refillable type sold by Keringet, Highlands, and most water vendors in Kenya). The bottle slides into the locked cabinet at the base.

Q: Does the dispenser heat water automatically or do I press a button each time?

The intelligent time control system manages water intake and heating automatically. Once set, it draws water for 25 seconds and shuts off when the temperature reaches 100°C. You use the touchscreen or remote to adjust settings — no manual switching per cycle.

Q: Can the kettle on top be used separately, without the dispenser running?

The kettle is integrated into the top unit and is fed by the dispenser’s hot water system. It is not designed as a standalone kettle — it works as part of the PM209 system for fast, on-demand boiling from the dispenser’s hot water supply.
