Q1: Do you offer same-day delivery in Nairobi?

Yes order before 5pm and we deliver same day within Nairobi. Upcountry: parcel shipping 24–72 hours depending on town

Q3: What payment options do you accept?

M-Pesa Paybill 247247, Account 555771. Cash on delivery is available within Nairobi for most items.

Q4: How much is delivery?

Nairobi rates vary by location and item. For towns outside Nairobi, our agent will confirm parcel fees at checkout.

Q5: Is an item in stock?

: If a product shows a price and “Add to Cart,” it’s typically in stock. If it’s “Out of stock,” WhatsApp us for restock dates or alternatives.

Q6: Do you install products like wall shelves or racks?

Most are DIY; we provide guidance via WhatsApp. For complex installs, we can recommend a local fundi.

Q7: Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer a 3-day exchange/return window for eligible, unused items in original packaging. WhatsApp us first to approve.

Q8: Do you sell wholesale?

Yes message us for bulk pricing and availability.

Q9: How do I care for my dish rack/liners?

Rinse weekly, dry after use, avoid harsh scourers; replace liners every 3–6 months.

Q10: What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos; we’ll resolve with a replacement or fix as per policy.

Q11: Can I get live photos or videos before buying?

Yes ask on WhatsApp; we’ll send live photos/videos from the store floor.

Q12: Do you deliver to Uganda, Tanzania, or Rwanda?

We’re working on expanded cross-border delivery. For now, Kenya nationwide is supported; message us for updates.
