Nairobi Delivery
We deliver across the Nairobi metropolitan area using our own riders. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM go out on the next business day.
Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Sundays and public holidays: Closed. Orders are processed the next business day.

Large Appliance Delivery
Fridges, washing machines, and cookers have separate delivery fees due to size and weight:
- CBD: KES 500
- Within Nairobi Metro (up to 35km): From KES 1,000 — contact us to confirm exact fee
- Beyond 35km / Upcountry: From KES 2,500 — via parcel or courier
A KES 1,000 advance is required before dispatch for all large appliances. This amount goes toward your delivery fee — it is not an extra charge.
How Delivery Works
- Place your order and confirm payment via M-Pesa (or choose pay on delivery for Nairobi)
- We prepare your order and our rider calls you when they are on the way
- Please inspect your items when the rider arrives
- Delivery complete
Alternative Options
Shop Pickup: No delivery fee. Collect from our shop at Tsavo Road, Nairobi CBD. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Your Own Courier: You can arrange pickup via Bolt, Pick Up Mtaani, or any courier you prefer. We pack and hand over at the shop. You pay the courier directly.
Upcountry Delivery — All 47 Counties
We deliver to every county in Kenya through matatu parcel services.

How Upcountry Delivery Works
- Pay in full via M-Pesa (product price + delivery fee)
- Our team tests your product and records a video showing it works perfectly
- We share the video with you on WhatsApp before packing
- We dispatch via matatu parcel and share your waybill number
- The courier calls you when the parcel arrives in your town
The video proof protects both you and us. If anything happens during transport, the video and waybill prove the product left our shop in perfect working condition.
East Africa Delivery
We deliver to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, and DRC (Kinshasa).
- Fee: KES 2,000 – 6,000 depending on destination and parcel size
- Timeline: 3–7 business days
- Payment: Full M-Pesa payment before dispatch

- Same-day delivery applies only to orders delivered by our own riders within Nairobi, placed before 5:00 PM
- For third-party couriers and matatu parcels, delivery timelines are estimates — we control dispatch, not delivery speed
- Delivery fees are communicated before payment. You always know the cost before you commit
- All delivery fees are subject to change. The fee confirmed at the time of your order is the fee you pay
