Disposable Sink Strainer Mesh Bags with Storage Box | Kisasahome Kenya

Every kitchen sink accumulates food debris, tea leaves, vegetable peels, and sufuria residue — and without a trap, it all goes straight down the drain and causes blockages that are expensive and unpleasant to fix. These Disposable Sink Strainer Mesh Bags give you a clean, hands-free solution: a fine mesh bag sits inside your existing sink strainer basket, catches all the debris, and when it is full — you simply lift it out by the elastic top, tie it off, and bin it without touching a single piece of food waste. A compact pull-out dispenser box keeps all 100 bags neatly stored on the counter, one bag at a time, like a tissue box. Simple, hygienic, and one of those small kitchen upgrades you will not want to live without.

• Fine Polyester Mesh Catches All Food Debris Before It Reaches the Drain — The dense mesh weave traps food particles, vegetable peels, tea leaves, ugali residue, and any other kitchen waste before they enter the drain pipe — preventing blockages that cost money and time to clear out.
• Elastic Opening Fits Both Shallow and Deep Sink Strainer Baskets — The stretchy elasticated drawstring opening expands to fit snugly over most standard sink strainer baskets, whether shallow or deep — no slipping, no gaps where debris sneaks through underneath the bag.
• Completely Hands-Free Clean-Up — No Touching Food Waste — When the bag is full, lift it out by the elastic top, tie it off, and drop it in the bin. No scooping wet debris with your hands, no scrubbing the strainer basket after every meal, and no unpleasant smells building up in the drain.
• 100 Bags in a Pull-Out Dispenser Box for Easy Daily Use — Each pack contains 100 bags stored in a compact frosted plastic dispenser box — bags pull out one at a time like tissues, so replacing the bag in your strainer basket takes three seconds and uses zero counter space.
• Reduces Drain Odour and Keeps the Sink Area Cleaner — Food debris sitting in a metal strainer basket quickly develops a sour smell. These bags contain the waste hygienically and keep it away from the metal, so both the basket and the area around the drain stay cleaner and fresher between cleaning sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will these bags fit my existing sink strainer basket?

The elastic opening is designed to stretch and fit most standard kitchen sink strainer baskets, both shallow and deep. As long as your strainer basket has an opening of roughly 8–12cm, these bags should fit securely without slipping.

Q: How often should I replace the bag?

Replace the bag after each day of cooking or when it is visibly full of debris — whichever comes first. At 100 bags per pack, a household that replaces daily will have over three months of supply per pack.

Q: Can I use these without a sink strainer basket?

These bags are designed to sit inside an existing sink strainer basket — they need the basket to hold their shape. If you do not have a sink strainer basket, you would need to add one for the bags to work correctly.
