Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we acknowledge it via WhatsApp or email and payment is received or pay-on-delivery is agreed.

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Prices

All prices on our website and in WhatsApp communications are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are charged separately and are communicated before you make payment. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay — we do not change prices after confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods:

Pay on Delivery: Available within Nairobi only. Cash (exact amount — riders do not carry change) or M-Pesa on delivery.

For upcountry and international orders, full M-Pesa payment is required before dispatch.

We do not accept cheques, credit cards, or cryptocurrency.
