Foldable Stylish Picnic Fruit Storage Basket | Kisasahome Kenya

Most storage baskets take up space even when empty — this one doesn’t. This foldable storage basket collapses completely flat in seconds, handle and all, then snaps back open into a rigid, load-bearing crate whenever you need it. Use it for groceries, fruit, books, kids’ toys, or picnic runs — then tuck it flat into a drawer or boot of the car when you’re done.

• Folds completely flat — handle included — Both the body and the carry handles collapse down into a slim, flat profile that slides under a bed, into a shelf gap, or into your car boot without wasting any space between uses.
• Large open-top design for easy access — The wide open rim makes it fast to load and unload — grab what you need without rummaging. Items stay visible and reachable whether this is on a shelf, a counter, or the floor.
• Stackable when open — Multiple baskets stack neatly on top of each other when in use, letting you build layers of organised storage on shelves or in a storeroom without needing extra furniture.
• Ventilated sides keep contents fresh — The slotted walls allow air to circulate freely, making this suitable for fruit, vegetables, and fresh produce as well as general household items.
• Durable plastic with comfortable carry handles — Built from sturdy PP plastic that holds its shape under load, with dual fold-down handles that give you a firm grip when carrying a full basket from the car, market, or kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much weight can this basket hold?

The basket is made from rigid PP plastic and holds its shape firmly under load — it comfortably carries books, full grocery loads, and fruit without bending or collapsing. Exact weight capacity to confirm with team.

Q: Can I use this basket for fresh fruit and vegetables?

Yes. The ventilated side panels allow airflow around the contents, which makes this well-suited for storing or transporting fruit, vegetables, and produce. Wipe clean easily after use.

Q: Does it actually fold flat, or just slightly smaller?

It folds completely flat — both the walls and handles collapse down. The folded basket is thin enough to slide under a shelf, into a cupboard, or behind a seat in the car with no wasted space.
