How do I place an order?
Browse our products at kisasahome.co.ke/shop, add items to your cart, and checkout. You can also order directly via WhatsApp — just tell us what you want and we will handle the rest.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa Paybill 247247, Account 555771. For Nairobi deliveries, you can also pay on delivery (cash or M-Pesa). For upcountry orders, full M-Pesa payment is required before dispatch.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees depend on your location — from KES 100 within Nairobi CBD to KES 1,500 for far metro areas. Full fee details are on our Delivery Information page.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are delivered the same day within Nairobi using our own riders. Upcountry orders are dispatched same day and typically arrive within 24–72 hours.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo or video. We will replace, exchange, or refund — whatever works best. Full details in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Do your appliances have warranty?
Yes. All electrical and mechanical appliances carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering mechanical and electrical failure during normal use. Details in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Can I pick up from your shop?
Yes. No delivery fee for shop pickups. Visit us Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM at Tsavo Road, Nairobi CBD.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes — to all 47 counties via matatu parcel, and to East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, DRC). See Delivery Information for fees and timelines.
